“The way you make your omelette reveals your character,” once proclaimed by Anthony Bourdain of No Reservations.  Carefully seasoned, cooked to perfection, and made with fresh, choice ingredients, our omelettes are among the best selection of breakfast dishes on our menu.  We hope you try them all!  

Our 4 jumbo-egg omelettes are made frittata-style (open-face) and are typically served with hashbrowns and choice of toast.  Fresh seasonal fruit may be substituted for hashbrowns at no extra charge.  An English muffin or biscuit substitute is .$25.  (Please note that selection, availability, and pricing may vary by location.

An omelette with simple trappings, but so many possibilities.  Choice of cheese includes cheddar, Swiss, or American.  Feta cheese is available for $1 more.

Customize your omelette with your choice of savory meats and cheeses.  Choice of meat includes ham, sausage, or bacon.  Choice of cheese includes cheddar, Swiss, or American.

  • Chef’s $9.95

One of the sayings at Patty’s Eggnest is “Our chefs have big hands!”  Help yourself to a hearty omelette cooked with diced ham, onions, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese.

  • Denver $9.95

A classic, Southwest-style omelette with diced ham, onions, green peppers, and cheddar cheese.  A perfect mate for Tabasco, Tapatío, or other hot-saucing-love pairings.

A tasty pizza-to-omelette transition featuring diced ham, tangy pineapples, and gooey melted mozzarella cheese.  The only thing missing is a cute little folding cocktail umbrella and some maraschino cherries!

A savory, veggie-lover delight of sliced tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, onions, green peppers, spinach, and melted cheddar cheese.

A first of a series of delicious homages to the original owners of Patty’s Eggnest, combining elements of their Greek heritage with our American love of everything eggy.  Cooked with seasoned chicken, fresh spinach, mushrooms, onions, and feta cheese.  Served with a side of pita bread and tzaziki sauce in addition to hashbrowns.
